PURPOSE: A waste heat recovery apparatus is provided to efficiently absorb the heat of the exhaust by preventing the drift of the exhaust gas.;CONSTITUTION: A waste heat recovery apparatus(10) comprises a gas passage portion(100), a water supply passage portion(200), and one or more heat exchangers(300). An exhaust gas which is generated with a heating device passes through the gas passage portion. The water supply passage portion discharges the water having the high temperature than the water supply flowing from outside. One or more heat exchangers are located between the gas passage portion and water supply passage portion. The heat exchanger transfers the heat of the exhaust to the water supply.
