PURPOSE: An optical device using a negative goos-hanchen shift is provided to offer a big negative value forming a line pattern in which a concavo-convex of line-shape is periodically formed in a reflecting layer and to control group velocity of the light by sanctioning an electric field.;CONSTITUTION: An optical waveguide(210) guides the light which is entered and irradiates. The optical waveguide is formed into the material in which a refractive index is changed by the change of an electric field. A first reflecting layer(220) is formed in one side of the optical waveguide. A second reflecting layer(230) is formed in the other side of the optical waveguide. One of the first reflecting layer and the second reflecting layer is formed into the material showing the goos-hanchen shift property. The material showing the goos-hanchen shift property is noble metal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
