PURPOSE: A method of controlling a temperature door of an air conditioning system for a vehicle is provided to give a passenger a pleasant and fresh environment by operating a heating function at the start of a vehicle when external temperature is low, for example in the winter.;CONSTITUTION: A method of controlling a temperature door of an air conditioning system for a vehicle is as follows. It is determined whether an air conditioning system is under a manual or automatic control state(S10). If the system is under an automatic control state, it is determined whether an ON period of time of a start switch is below predetermined hours. If yes at the previous step, it is determined whether there is a condition to compulsorily enter a heating mode to heat a passenger compartment. If no at the previous step, a normal-heating temperature door is controlled, and if yes at the previous step, a compulsory-heating temperature door is controlled.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
