PURPOSE: An optimized time difference 3d visual image producing method and recording medium thereof are provided to determine a pixel standard value corresponding to an optimized both eyes time difference and maximized both eyes time difference according to the size, resolution, viewing distance of a screen and converts the value into a 3D visual image. CONSTITUTION: The size, viewing distance and resolution of a screen of a device for outputting a 3D stereoscopic image is set. A person determines a pixel standard value corresponding to the optimized time difference in forming stereoscopic perception. The person determines a pixel standard value corresponding to the maximized both eyes time difference which can fell the stereoscopic perception. An original image forms a left eye image and a right eye image by shifting the image.
