PURPOSE: A multifunctional exercising apparatus is provided to prevent users from being bored with the apparatus, and to improve the exercise effect by using new exercising apparatus.;CONSTITUTION: A multifunctional exercising apparatus comprises a sitting type arm/leg exercising device, a treadmill, and an arm/leg rotational plate exercising device in one frame. The sitting type arm/leg exercising device includes a divided body(A1), and plural weights(A2) located among the divided portions of the body. The treadmill includes a body installed around a rotary exercising shaft, a left weight installed on the left side of the body, a right foothold, a stopper controlling the operation radius of the body, and a handle(A4).
