PURPOSE: A hopper-type drying device is provided to maximize the drying efficiency by increasing the heat transfer area and detention time using the heat source and heat transfer material.;CONSTITUTION: A hopper-type drying device(1) comprises a hopper-type main body(10), a jacket, one or more pipes, a fluid, a transfer screw, a first discharge port(12), a second discharge port, an air supply port, and a fan. The jacket surrounds the main body. The jacket is additionally installed in the inner part of the main body and increases the heating surface. Pipes are communicated with the jacket. The fluid is heated with the outer heat source. The fluid heats the material of the main body while circulating the jacket and pipe. The transfer screw is rotated with the power of the center motor and transfers the material. The first discharge port circulates the material which is transferred by the transfer screw. The second discharge port is formed in the opposite side of the first discharge port in order to discharge the completely dried material. The air supply port supplies the air provided from the air supply source to the main body. The fan discharges the provided air.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
