PURPOSE: A water supply management system capable of detecting a water leakage are provided to embody a long term usage without changing a battery by minimizing power consumption of a water pressure measuring wireless transmission and reception unit installed in a valve box or a valve chamber. CONSTITUTION: A battery operation water pressure measuring wireless transmission and reception unit(100) measures water pressure by supplying battery power. The battery operation water pressure measuring wireless transmission and reception unit transmits measured water pressure and a transmission and reception identification number to a smart phone(200). The Smart phone transmits the transmission and reception identification number and the measured water pressure measured to a server(300). The Smart phone receives a voice file and text data from the server.
