摘要

PURPOSE: A projector control method and a projector adopting the same are provided to increase the use time of a portable projector in outdoor by using a battery.;CONSTITUTION: A projector control method is as follows. The image to be projected to a projection panel(14) is displayed according to the video data of an image processing part(12). The light of a lighting system(13) is showed in a screen according to the projection of a projection panel and projection optics system. According to the video data from the image processing unit, the difference of the average gradation between current frame and previous frame are calculated. If the difference of the average gradation between current frame and previous frame is smaller than a critical value, the brightness of the light from the lighting system at the current frame is adjusted according to the average gradation of the current frame. If the difference of the average gradation between current frame and previous frame is bigger than a critical value, the driving current of the lighting system becomes same with to the reference current. If the difference of the average gradation between current frame and previous frame is smaller than a critical value, the driving current of the axis illumination at the current frame becomes same with to the multiplication result of the adjustment factor and reference current.
