PURPOSE: A control channel method of a closed pico base station is provided to maintain the connection of a macro base station and to reduce the interference of a pico base station.;CONSTITUTION: A macro base station(210) determines whether a macro terminal(220) is located within coverage of a pico base station(230). The macro base station controls the power transmission of a control channel according to the determination.
