PURPOSE: A weight alarm device and footwear having a weight alarm function are provided to measure user's weight through self-generation.;CONSTITUTION: A weight alarm device comprises a self-generation unit, a sensor, a wireless communication unit, and a controller. The self-generation unit generates electricity and supplies electrical energy by using treading power. The sensor is equipped in order to measure pressure. The wireless communication unit performs communication according to the wireless communication unit. The controller produces the weight of a man based on the value measured from the sensor and performs communication.
