PURPOSE: A method and device for estimating an arrival angle are provided to estimate AoA(Angle of Arrival) using a second steering vector.;CONSTITUTION: A phase difference calculator(820) calculates a first steering vector to a target AoA estimating device. The phase difference calculator calculates the phase differences in an antenna elements which are included in an arrange antenna in order to calculate a second steering vector corresponding to the rotated angle of the AoA estimating device.
