PURPOSE: Storage for compacted integer data and a transmission system thereof are provided to compact the integer values of the maximum value or the maximum value vicinity without the loss of data resolution by storing and/or transmitting the integer values in a predetermined whole range.;CONSTITUTION: An encoding engine receives the integer value of a binary number(100). The encoding engine determines the number of bits within the binary value of an integer(104). The encoding engine compares the maximum log2 of a whole range with the N(Number)(106). The encoding engine sets the flag showing N which is located in a predetermined maximum value(108). The number of the digits within the binary form is determined using the binary form of N(114). A high order compression value M(x) is determined as the same way as the Elias Delta value is determined(120).
