PURPOSE: A composition containing Phellinus baumii-derived polyphenol extract is provided to ensure antihyperlipidemia, fatty liver suppression, and antiobesity.;CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing and treating hyperlipidemia, fatty liver, or obesity contains Phellinus baumii-derived polyphenol extract as an active ingredient. The polyphenol extract is prepared by drying and cutting Phellinus baumii with methanol, ethanol, or acetone, decompression-drying, adding hexane, isolating, adding ethyl acetate to an aqueous layer, and isolating. A composition for preventing and treating hyperlipidemia, fatty liver, or obesity contains polyphenol extract-isoalted styrylpyrones active compounds as an active ingredient.
