REGENERATIVE BRAKING APPARATUS EQUIPPED WITH THE PROTECTIVE FUNCTION OF HIGH PRESSURE FORMATION IN THE PIPE CAPABLE OF BEING REALIZED WITHOUT THE ENTIRE DESIGN CHANGE

PURPOSE: A regenerative braking apparatus equipped with the protective function of high pressure formation in the pipe is provided to fundamentally prevent the sudden high pressure formation actuating on the reason of the stop of the ABS motor or the damage of the pipe system by alleviating a master cylinder due to the change of the returning solution amount.;CONSTITUTION: A regenerative braking apparatus equipped with the protective function of high pressure formation in the pipe comprises a rear wheel braking portion(3) and a front wheel braking portion(10). The rear wheel braking portion is proceeding the rear wheel braking through the fluid pressure by stepping of the pedal(1). The front wheel braking portion is proceeding the front wheel braking through the fluid pressure by the actuator(13). The front wheel braking portion comprises the device for preventing the high pressure which holds flow passage in order to detour the oil towards the oil reservoir. The oil is restored towards the master cylinder when the hydraulic of the return oil is raised over the constant pressure. The opening of flow passage of the device for preventing the high pressure is realized through the ECU which senses the pressure of the hydraulic line formed in the regenerative braking and ABS control.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
