PURPOSE: A carbon nano tube/polyaniline gas sensor including titanium oxide and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the return time to an initial mode by irradiating ultraviolet rays after sensing the gas.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of the gas sensor comprises the following steps. The electrode is formed in the top of substrate. A carbon nano tube/titanium oxide/polyaniline paste is sprayed in the toe pf the substrate having the electrode and is thermally treated.
