PURPOSE: A heat sink having cooling fin capable of vibrating is provided to improve cooling performance without separate fan by vibrating a heat radiation fin through the contraction and expansion of a driving part and generating air flow.;CONSTITUTION: Heat radiation fins(110) are attached to a base part(120) and are separated from each other. Heat from a heating element is transferred to the heat radiation fin through the base part. A driving part(130) is attached to one side of the heat radiation fin.
