PURPOSE: A driving device, liquid crystal display and a driving method thereof are provided to increase slew rate without increasing the static current of a data driver.;CONSTITUTION: In a driving device, liquid crystal display and a driving method thereof, an amplifier(561) is connected to a first power source and a second power source. The amplifier receives an input voltage through an input terminal and amplifies input voltage. The amplifier outputs the output voltage to the output terminal. A first transistor(562) is operated in response to the input voltage. The first transistor is connected between a first power source and an output terminal.
