PURPOSE: A magnetic fluorescent nanoparticle imaging probe and a composition for probing a target molecule, comprising the same are provided to diagnose and treat diseases.;CONSTITUTION: A magnetic fluorescent nanoparticle image probe for detecting a target molecule contains: a magnetic nanoparticle with a coating layer having fluorophore and bio-compatible materials; a nucleic acid probe which is conjugated to the coating layer and comprises an area which is hybridizable with the target molecules; and a molecule beacon having an oligomer which is conjugated with a quencher. The magnetic nanoparticle is a metal material, magnetic material, or magnetic alloy. The metal material is Pt, Pd, Ag, Cu, or Au. The magnetic material is Co, Mn, Fe, Ni, Gd, Mo, MM'2O4, or MpOq.
