PURPOSE: A diagnostic method of biliary tract cancer using magnetic resonance-based metabolomics is provided to increase sensitivity and specificity by using OPLS-DA(Orthogonal Partial Least Square Discriminant Analysis) and a prediction modeling method.;CONSTITUTION: In a diagnostic method of biliary tract cancer using magnetic resonance-based metabolomics, a bile sample of patient is prepared. Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy data is measured. A PCA(Principal Component Analysis) and a OPLS-DA are performed through a Simca-P program from the nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy data. An estimated model is designed using a score plot and a loading plot through PCA and OPLS-DA.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
