PURPOSE: A method of the preparation of surface mounting inductors with an improved magnetic permeability is provided to secure a power inductor product of high quality by forming an electric terminal which is not easily a short circuit while increasing the permeability.;CONSTITUTION: In a method of the preparation of surface mounting inductors with an improved magnetic permeability, an iron magnetic metal powder is preliminarily formed under the same pressure as the preliminary transforms pressure. A core preliminary transform member(C1) is obtained through preliminary transform. An air-core coil device(15) is exposed to a certain region of the inductor after transform.
