PURPOSE: A chair for a stadium is provided to reduce working time and assembly process when the seat back of the chair is fixed to the frame thereof.;CONSTITUTION: A chair for a stadium comprises a chair(1), a seat back(5), a frame(2), a guide rail(3), and a stopper(4). The frame fixes the seat plate of the chair and both sides of the seat back. The guide rail is formed in a location corresponding to the inner side of both side frames. The seat back is inserted in a sliding-type. In the bottom part of the guide rail, a stopper is formed so that the seat back can be suspended.
