PURPOSE: A network-based net separating device and system and method thereof are provided to enable the net-separation of a network.;CONSTITUTION: A packet sending/receiving unit(200) receives a packet generated from the virtual environment of a user terminal which is connected to the network of in-house. The packet sending/receiving unit transmits packet to an external network or a internal network. A packet analyzing unit(204) analyzes the information of packet received from the packet sending/receiving unit.
