PURPOSE: A parallel arrangement amplifier for wireless telecommunication sharing an internal matching inductor is provided to suppress the area increment of an integrated circuit due to an internal matching inductance element using a sharing inductor or a sharing transformer of an internal matching.;CONSTITUTION: End parts for outputting differential power in each driving amplifier(401,402,403) are connected to end parts for inputting differential power in each power amplifier(405,406,407). A first anode output end part is connected to the first anode input end part of a power amplifier through an electrical route(420). A second cathode output end part is connected to the second cathode input end part of the power amplifier through the electrical route(421). The first anode output end part is connected to the first anode input end part of the power amplifier through the electrical route(430). The second cathode output end part is connected to the second cathode input end part of the power amplifier through an electrical route(431). The first anode output end part is connected to the first anode input end part of the power amplifier through an electrical route(440).
