PURPOSE: A complete cold ice storage equation cooling · freezer car which uses an electric energy is provided to driving a cooling · freezer car for and extended period of time without an additional heat loss by applying a force water circulation type.;CONSTITUTION: A medium freezes a low temperature late heat PCM(7) of a surface axis cooling and a low temperature latent heat PCM(14) of the dichotomous hold-over plate inside. The low temperature latent heat PCM of the surface axis cooling inside freezes the refrigerant gas of the celsius -40 drawing through a direct expansion equation heat exchange. The refrigerant gas is exhausted in an expansion valve(3) of a ground refrigerator(1). The low temperature latent heat PCM of the dichotomous hold-over plate inside is frozen through the heat exchange by a circulation of a brine(11a). The brine has the low temperature heat energy which is transferred from the surface axis cooling.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
