PURPOSE: A lighting cover is provided to offer an aesthetical visual effect by forming the lighting cover using the fabric having various colors or desired patterns, a colored board, a wall paper, or a Korean paper and to reduce replacement costs.;CONSTITUTION: A cutting part is formed on the outer circumference of a pair of supporting pipe bodies(10a,10b). Accommodating grooves(11a,11b) having a insertion part(13) is formed in both end part of a pair of supporting pipe bodies. A fabric cover(21) is inserted into a pair of elastic springs(20a,20b) and the accommodating groove. The fabric cover is exposed to outside through the cutting part. A finishing board is installed in the inside upper part of the bottom support pipe body. The finishing board closes the bottom of the bottom support pipe body.
