PURPOSE: A temperature compensated load cell with a strain gauge is provided to remove temperature effect when measuring the strain of an elastic member.;CONSTITUTION: An external force measuring unit(310) includes a pair of strain gauges and is affected by an external force. A temperature compensating unit(320) is formed in the part where no external force is exerted and includes another pair of strain gauges. A Wheatstone bridge circuit is composed of the pairs of strain gauges and compensates temperature when measuring a deformation rate caused by an external force.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
