PURPOSE: An apparatus for multi-stage multi-dimensional bending of a straight bar is provided to continuously bend a straight bar in a desired direction into a desired shape.;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for multi-stage multi-dimensional bending of a straight bar comprises a straight bar supply and alignment unit(11), a left-right transfer LM guide(16), a rack gear(17), a first straight bar transfer unit(12), a bending unit(13), a second straight bar transfer unit(14), and a product discharge conveyor. The straight bar supply and alignment unit is installed on the underside of a base frame(10) to supply straight bars and align the straight bars at regular intervals. The left-right transfer LM guide is installed on the front side of the base frame. The rack gear is installed on the front side of the base frame. The bending unit is installed in the center of the underside of the base frame, beside the straight bar supply and alignment unit, and fixes the straight bars transferred by the first straight bar transfer unit to bend the straight bars into a desired shape. The second straight bar transfer unit is installed on the upper side of the base frame and transfers the straight bars bent by the bending unit. The product discharge conveyor is installed on the underside of the base frame, beside the bending unit, and discharges the completed straight bar transferred by the second straight bar transfer unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
