PURPOSE: A rotating oil damper with a function of increasing the rotating angle of a rotating shaft is provided to be applied to a certain piano, which has no front upper plates more upwardly protruded than keys and has the top approximately maintaining level to the keys.;CONSTITUTION: A valve body(72') is formed on the inner circumferential surface of a cylinder unit(11) to be parallel to a rotating shaft(50). A blade(60') is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the rotating shaft in a radial direction. The valve body is formed so that first and second valve ball holes(75',75") are formed at an interval in the circumferential direction of the cylinder unit.
