PURPOSE: A basket level control device capable of precision horizontal maintaining is provided to maintain the level of a basket without the viscosity influence of the working fluid by compensating the error about the level of a basket using an angle sensor detecting the horizontal state of a basket.;CONSTITUTION: A basket level control device capable of precision horizontal maintaining comprises a switch valve(40), a loading control valve(10), and electric proportional control valve(20), and a controller(30). The switch valve firstly controls a main cylinder(MC) and a sub cylinder(SC). The loading control valve and electric proportional control valve secondly control the main cylinder and sub cylinder in order to maintain the level of a basket(200). The controller is input the angle signal of an angle sensor(S) detecting a horizontal state with the surface of a basket. The controller controls the electric proportional control valve.
