摘要

PURPOSE: A conductive film for a ductility flat cable is provided to maintain the mobility of a flexible flat cable using the conductive film for the flexible flat cable which has excellent flexibility and to eliminate a signal transport loss by solving an impedance matching problem and an EMI problem at the same time.;CONSTITUTION: A protective layer(110) protects a conductive layer(130). A protective layer adhesive layer(120) adheres the protective layer in the conductive layer. A conductive layer support layer adhesive layer(140) adheres a conductive layer support layer in the conductive layer. An insulating layer adhesive layer(160) adheres an insulating layer in the support layer. The insulating layer adhesive layer is formed by hot roll lamination. The insulating layer executes the function of impedance matching. A primer layer(180) is located in the insulating layer in order to attach an insulating layer support layer(185) in the insulating layer. An insulating layer support layer adhesive layer(182) adheres the insulating layer support layer in the primer layer. A cable adhesive layer(190) is formed by laminating an both sides material tape or an inorganic ash tape in the insulating layer support layer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
