PURPOSE: A flying transfer device is provided to precisely controlling the location and posture of a flying object after transferring to a working area along a rail.;CONSTITUTION: A flying transfer device comprises a rail(3), a traveling body(10), a passive arm(20), and a vehicle(30). The rail guides the traveling body to the work area. The traveling body moves according to a rail and has a traveling wheel receiving driving force(11). One end of the passive arm is connected to one side of the traveling body. The passive arm gets location and pose coordinates of the other side end of the passive arm. Several links(21) of the passive arm is connected through a joint(23). Sensing elements of the passive arm senses angle between the joint. A flying object is connected to the end of the passive arm.
