PURPOSE: A method of driving a roll-to-roll precise flat table to precisely process a flexible material is provided to easily realize the precise position control of the flexible material for precise processing necessarily required for a flexible electronic industry.;CONSTITUTION: A method of driving a roll-to-roll precise flat table to precisely process a flexible material is as follows. A rotating motor is used to precisely control the position of the flexible material. When a precise position control is performed on the flexible material, the flexible material is transferred by great displacement using the rotating motor. After the transferring, the precise position control of the flexible material is performed using a linear motor.
