PURPOSE: A food waste treating system for vessels is provided to cleanly treat food waste in the vessels and to be adapted to the marine environments of the vessels by compacting the system.;CONSTITUTION: A food waste treating system for vessels is composed of a plurality of food waste inlets(1), a food waste pulverizing device(2), a food waste transferring conduit(3), a storing device(4), a transferring device(5), a deodorizing device(6), a dehydrating device(7), a valve(8), and a controller. Food waste is collected in the storing device. The transferring device is in connection with the pulverizing device, the transferring conduit, or the storing device to transfer the food waste from the transferring conduit to the storing device. The deodorizing device deodorizes introducing gas through a deodorizing pipe in connection with the storing device. The dehydrating device is installed at the lower side of the storing device and dehydrates the food waste in the storing device. The valve controls the connecting relations of the inlets, the pulverizing device, the transferring conduit, the storing device, the transferring device, the deodorizing device, and the dehydrating device.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
