PURPOSE: A hydrate transfer device is provided to improve the work capacity of loading and unloading work by using a flexible transfer member.;CONSTITUTION: A hydrate transfer device comprises a first baggage conveying part(110), a second baggage conveying part(120), a third baggage conveying part(130), a fourth baggage conveying part(140) and a support(150). One side the first baggage conveying part is inserted into the first trunk. One side of the second baggage conveying part is inserted into the second trunk. The third baggage conveying part is connected to the other sides of the first and second baggage conveying parts. The fourth baggage conveying part has a fixed length while and connected to the third baggage conveying part. The support supports the first and second baggage conveying parts.
