PURPOSE: A layer structure and related manufacturing method having an inorganic surface structure are provided to reduce necessary requirement about an electronic display system by including a mechanical control function.;CONSTITUTION: A layer structure formation method supplies a transparent substrate(102). A plurality of transparent surface structure is formed on the transparent substrate. Each of the transparency surface structure includes an inorganic material.
