PURPOSE: Polysilsesquioxane is provided to ensure excellent high functionality and various properties according to the kind of photoactive groups and to enable the use as various new materials to which organic and inorganic hybrid materials are applied.;CONSTITUTION: Polysilsesquioxane having a ladder structure where a photoactive group is bonded to a siloxane main chain is formed by polymerizing a photoactive group-bonded trifunctional silane compound as a monomer. A method for preparing polysilsesquioxane having a ladder structure where a photoactive group is bonded comprises the steps of: (i) manufacturing a monomer by reacting a trifunctional silane compound and a photoactive compound; and (ii) condensation-polymerizing the monomer while performing hydrolysis.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
