PURPOSE: An exterior covering device coupled with an elastic roll blind and an awning angle regulating arm is provided to prevent the damage of the surface of a vehicle by forming a simple operating structure using the elasticity of a cover.;CONSTITUTION: An exterior covering device comprises a lower installing stand, an upper installing stand(30) and an angle regulating arm(40). The lower installing stand is mounted to the bonnet/ trunk(51) of a vehicle. The upper installing stand comprises a deploying motor and deploying rotary shaft. The deploying motor deploys a roll blind. The upper installing stand is arranged in the roof of a vehicle. The angle regulating arm is rotatably installed in the upper installing stand.
