PURPOSE: A power reduction picture frame with a television is provided to minimize the power consumption of a television by enabling a user to use the television as an electronic picture frame.;CONSTITUTION: A first display unit(110) displays a first video. A low power type second display unit(120) display a second video. When a display control unit receives the display command of the first video from a command input unit, the first display unit displays the first video on a first display.
