PURPOSE: A cloudiness measuring system for a smart water valve which can automatically measure cloudiness and wirelessly transmits measuring data is provided to output a cloudiness result and measurement date and time in a portable terminal.;CONSTITUTION: A cloudiness measuring system for a smart water valve comprises a cloudiness measurement device, a cloudiness transmission unit(31), and a cloudiness receiving output part. A sampling pipe and a sample exhaust line are penetrated on a pipe of the cloudiness measurement device. The cloudiness measurement device outputs an electric signal comparing with to cloudiness. The transmission unit comprises a radio frequency transceiver and a microcontroller unit. The memory is installed in a valve cap(5) or a pipe of a water valve. The radio frequency transceiver wirelessly transmits the cloudiness and the measurement date and time to the memory. The memory stores the cloudiness and the measurement date and time in the cloudiness measurement device. The radio frequency transceiver is installed in the portable terminal.
