PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a spherical phenol polymer resin using phenol resin oligomers is provided to ensure a simple process and easy workability, and to control the aggregation, imperfect shape and particle size distribution.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a spherical phenol polymer resin using phenol resin oligomers comprises a step of dispersing a dispersion stabilizer, a hardener, and a phenol resin oligomer to an aqueous medium under 760-900 mmHg and stirring the materials. The mixing is performed at an instantaneous velocity of 0.5-1.8 m/s. A method for manufacturing the spherical phenol polymer resin is performed in a reactor where a baffle is symmetrically bonded and a blade paddle type or a propeller type impeller is mounted.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
