摘要

PURPOSE: A contactless automatic power switching pass system in an insulation section and a passing method thereof are provided to prevent a negligent accident in a dead section by performing an open and close operation through a switching element using a phase changeover section and a power semiconductor.;CONSTITUTION: A blocking device is composed of a first blocking device(10) which receives M phase power and a second blocking device(20) which receives T phase power. Two blocking devices are connected to an electric car line(L1) and a connection line(L2). The blocking devices perform an open and close operation through a switching element using a phase changeover section and a power semiconductor. Two detecting apparatuses(40,41) are arranged under a railway line in a dead section. One detecting apparatus(42) is arranged in the railway line in the outside of the dead section.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
