PURPOSE: A pellet boiler is provided to prevent the fire and easily the pellet of a combustion container by effectively opening a combustion container through a combustion container opening and closing mechanism.;CONSTITUTION: A pellet boiler comprises a pellet storage, a pellet feed port(2), a pellet burning unit(3), a backfire preventing mechanism(22). The backfire preventing mechanism is installed in the pellet supply pipe(21) of the pellet feed port. The backfire preventing mechanism a first pipe body(221) and a backfire preventing pipe body. The first body has an oblique contact pipe portion in the lower part and an extended plate(221b) in the middle part. The bottom part of the first pipe body is inserted into the backfire preventing pipe body. The backfire preventing pipe body has the back fire preventing board(223) and a weight unit.
