PURPOSE: A wrap storage apparatus for wrap cutting and a wrap cutting apparatus are provided to semi-permanently use the cutting apparatus without replacing a cutting unit.;CONSTITUTION: A wrap storage apparatus for wrap cutting comprises a housing unit(110), a cutting unit(130), and a cover unit(120). The housing unit accepts a wrap. One surface of the housing unit is opened to draw in/out the wrap. The cutting unit cuts the wrap drawn out of the housing unit. The cutting unit comprises a support member(132) and a sliding member(131). The support member supports power for cutting the wrap. The sliding member cuts the wrap.
