METHOD OF COATING AN ALUMINUM FILM FOR ENABLING THE ALUMINUM FILM TO BE USED AS A PROTECTING FILM TO PREVENT THE CORROSION OF A STEEL MEMBER

PURPOSE: A method of coating an aluminum film is provided to enable the aluminum film to be used as a protecting film to prevent the corrosion of a steel member since the aluminum film can be densely coated on the steel member.;CONSTITUTION: A method of coating an aluminum film comprises next steps. Aluminum plasma is formed between an aluminum target and a specimen through a sputtering process and an aluminum film is coated on the surface of the specimen which is a steel member. In a sputtering process, the direction and intensity of current applied to an electromagnet are controlled so that magnetic field by the electromagnet has an impact on magnetic filed by a sputtering source. The direction of current applied to the electromagnet is set so that the pole of the electromagnet keeps aluminum ion high near the aluminum target.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
