PURPOSE: An anion generating ball for saving the fuel of a vehicle and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to activate the fuel to be saved by disconnecting benzene rings forming the molecular structure of the fuel based on far infrared-based energy.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an anion generating ball for saving the fuel of a vehicle includes the following: 30 weight% of titanium powder and 70 weight% of kaolinite are mixed. Water is poured into the mixture, and the mixture is kneaded. The kneaded mixture is shaped and is sintered at a temperature between 900 and 1200 degrees Celsius. The anion generating ball includes a fastening groove and a plurality of knurling parts in order to be discharged from a fuel inlet. The fastening groove(11) is formed at both end parts of a main body(10) in order to connect wires(20). The knurling parts(12) are formed on the surface of the main body in order to expand the surface area of the main body.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
