摘要

PURPOSE: A centralized ventilation system design method of a ultra high layer apartment house based on an external exclusive charge system record medium which records the same program are provided to secure minimum ventilation requirement by designing a system based on the cooling rate of a cooling system. CONSTITUTION: A cooling rate which is necessary to be used in the cooling coil of a DOAS(Dedicated Outdoor Air System) is calculated using the state information of cooling air in which passes the cooling coil and cooling air in which passes a heat exchange unit(S100). The latent heat cooling capacity of a parallel cooling system is calculated using the latent heat cooling capacity of an indoor and the DOAS system(S300). The cooling coil of the DOAS and the parallel cooling system of the cooling rate is designed corresponding to the latent heat cooling capacity of the parallel cooling system(S500).
