PURPOSE: A vision inspection device is provided to inspect entire area of an inspection target after fixing the location of lights and lattice when the inspection target is small.;CONSTITUTION: A vision inspection device comprises a stage part(10), a camera part(20), a lighting part(30), a lattice part(40) and a vision processing part(50). The stage part settles an inspection target object(100). The camera part takes an image of the inspection target object. The lighting part offers the illumination to the inspection target object. The lattice part is arranged in the front of the lighting part and lights the lattice pattern to the inspection target object. The vision processing part reads the image recorded by the camera part and distinguishes the fault of the inspection target object.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
