PURPOSE: A method for preparing polymer nano-composites is provided to perform a process of organizing layered clay mineral filler and a dispersion process in one process and to obtain polymer nano-composite with excellent dispersion stability and bondability.;CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing polymer nano-composites comprises the steps of: preparing a dispersion by dispersing layered clay minierals in water and controlling the pH of a resultant to 6~12; adding raw rubber latex and C12~C22 substituted or unsubstituted alkylammonium to the dispersion; preparing the mixture by stirring and heating the mixture; preparing a precipitate by controlling the pH of the mixture to 3~4; and washing and drying the precipitate with ultrapure water.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
