PURPOSE: A method of analyzing the behavior of ink drop is provided to measure the speed or the size of ink drop regardless of the shape of the ink drop.;CONSTITUTION: A method of analyzing the behavior of ink drop is as follows. A first trigger pulse signal(121) is applied to a print head(116). A second trigger pulse signal(123) delayed by a given time than the first trigger pulse signal is applied to a lighting unit(140). The image of ink drop discharged from the print head is taken. The taken images are stored. The taken images are made as binary images using a predetermined threshold value. The behaviors of the ink drop are analyzed using one of the top, the bottom or the average in the discharge direction of at least one ink drop of the images of the image-processed ink drops.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
