System and method for evaluating shutter of camera phone

PURPOSE: A system and a method for evaluating a shutter for a camera phone are provided to grasp operation features of a shutter for a camera phone by an inexpensive and simple device or method. CONSTITUTION: A shutter operating unit(200) operates a shutter for a camera phone. A photoelectric converting unit(170) generates an electric output signal proportional to the amount of beams passing the shutter. A DSO(Digital Storage Oscilloscope)(180) receives a signal emitted from the photoelectric converting unit and saves a change of the amount of the beam based on time. A computer(210) saves and processes the signal emitted from the DSO.
